Terms of use

These terms apply when you play Durak Card Game on durakcardgame.com or in our Android app. By playing online, creating an account or uploading a photo, you agree to them. Last updated 31 October 2026.

The short version

• The game is free. There is no gambling, no real money and nothing to win.
• It is meant for players aged 13 and over.
• Your player name and photo are shown to other players, so keep them friendly and only use a photo you have the right to use.
• Play fair and be kind. No cheating, harassment or abuse.
• You can delete your account at any time. We can remove names, photos and messages, and suspend or close accounts.

Who we are

Durak Card Game (durakcardgame.com and our Android app) is run by IT Ready Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand (“we”, “us”). How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy. To contact us, use Contact in the game’s menu.

Who can play

Durak Card Game is meant for players aged 13 and over. Children under 13 should only play with a parent’s permission, and shouldn’t use online play or chat.

Your account

• When you play online, the game makes a guest account for you. You can add an email and password to keep it and sign in on other devices.
• An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Don’t pretend to be someone else, including other players, the computer characters or us.

Player names, photos and chat

Other players see your player name and avatar at the table, in chat, in friends lists and in the Hall of Fame. Anyone at your table can read what you write in table chat.

• Only upload a photo of yourself, or a picture you have the right to use. Don’t upload photos of other people without their permission.
• Names, photos and messages must not be sexual, violent, hateful, threatening or otherwise offensive, and must not contain other people’s personal details.
• Don’t spam, advertise, or try to get round the chat filter.
• You keep the rights to your photo. By uploading it, you let us store it and show it to other players in the game until you remove it or delete your account.

We may remove any name, photo or message, or replace a name with a neutral one, without asking first. Players can report others through Contact in the game.

Fair play

Don’t:

• cheat, or use bots, scripts or other software to play for you or to see hidden cards;
• take advantage of bugs. Please tell us about them instead;
• use several accounts, or play against yourself or friends on purpose, to raise a rating, points or a place in the Hall of Fame;
• harass, bully or threaten other players;
• attack, overload or try to break into the game, the website or other players’ accounts.

We may reset ratings, points, results or Hall of Fame places that were gained unfairly.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete my account. This removes your account, photo, progress and game history, as described in our Privacy policy.

We may suspend or close any account, mute or ban a player from chat, or remove a player name, photo or chat message, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have broken these terms, cheated, abused other players, or put the game or other players at risk. Where we can, and where it is not about a rule being broken, we will give notice first. We may also change, pause or stop the game, or any part of it, at any time.

Because the game is free, closing an account does not entitle you to any payment or compensation. Progress, ratings, ranks and Hall of Fame places have no money value and cannot be sold or transferred.

A free game with ads

Durak Card Game is free to play and is paid for by ads, as described in our Privacy policy. There are no bets, no prizes and no real money in the game.

The game is provided as is

We work hard to keep the game running and fair, but we provide it “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or that your progress will never be lost. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss, or for loss of progress, ratings or data.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.

Our content

The game, its artwork, characters, sounds and text belong to us or our licensors. You may play and share links to the game, but not copy, resell or republish it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we’ll also post a notice in the game’s News. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer laws, and you may bring a claim in your own country’s courts where those laws allow it.
